I don&rsquo;t know how it got such great reviews. It was almost like I was in another restaurant. The food was very mediocre and disappointing.

Maybe it was our fault of not realising it&rsquo;s more a wine bar than a restaurant! Excellent food but too pricy compared to other excellent Eateries in Puglia. .

Good food and a nice atmosphere. Worth a visit..

You would not expect a pizzaria in a strip mall to deliver this kind of quality. Not that it is impossible, but even most large houses do not take the trouble to source ingredients and provide caring service. Mauricio, as we learned, started his business on a shoestring 14 years ago. It has since blossomed post COVID. He expanded into the space next door. He sources the most exquisite cheeses from a young group of artisan cheesmakers from  the North. It&#39;s a king of gorgonzola that is dreamy, get some with your appetizer plate is coppocola, uncooked creamy prosciutto, and a craft beer and you are set to order one of his delicious pizzas. What a great time it was to hear of his philosophy and business success. If you don&#39;t feel like going out they also deliver. Super high quality ingredients, hell even the pepper is sourced from Madagascar. Skip the overpriced  fancy places in Lecce, dine like the locals , treat yourself to Pizza Carpe Diem

We love meat and seeing the selection, thought we would would enjoy our evening.The beautiful steak was served on a plancha, cut in tiny slices, that you would find in a Thai restaurant mixed with rice and spices...(The lower part was obviously too cooked too quickly, while the upper part was left cold and red. The placha got cold quickly so you have a mix of too cooked and not enough cooked slices in your plate.)The end result was a carpaccio of meat full of water, rather than the taste of good meat one was expecting.Additionally, the red wine was warm, grilled vegetables &quot;for two&quot; were mere cold slices of cabage for one, &quot;home made mushrooms&quot; the same color you would find in a can in your local grocery shop without any effort of cooking or taste.Bitter experience: expensive, the cook didn&#39;t bother to talk whilst knowing we were disappointed, no client effort made to offer us something to keep us somewhat happy.If you appreciate meat, this is NOT the place to count for a good BBQ, your stomach and wallet will be disappointed!!!Great meat slices, but a mere disappointment of its cooking methods.

After more than 2 weeks eating pizzas, paninis, spaghetti, frittatas, focaccia, ossobuco, and all the delicious food that Italy has to offer, it was refreshing to eat something delicious and different in this find this Greek restaurant in Lecce. The food was delicious, the service good and price very reasonable.

A good local, staff available, very good pizza, variety in the menu even though I didn&#39;t taste anything but from the view seemed quite good.

This restaurant was just outside the city walls so felt more like a lovely neighbourhood restaurant than a touristy one.   The staff were lovely, strong English and explained various dishes on a menu that was varied and more inventive than alot of the restaurants we have been to in the old city. The food was superb, reasonably priced and special mention to the lemon and raspberry tirimisu....delicious!

A wonderful spot for traditional Pugliese and Salentino dining only a few steps away from downtown. Friendly and accommodating service, as well as great food. Recommended!

A traditional restaurant, with excellent local dishes (we had burrito and pasta), and good local wines (we had Primitivo).We went for a late Sunday lunch at 2pm, and it was all very relaxed.Well situated in Central Lecce  but a short distance away from the tourists and baroque churches in the atmospheric old town.Altogether a very positive experience.

Restaurant opened 10 minutes late by which time there were 12 people waiting to enter . Service extremely slow . First course arrived an hour after our booking. Such a shame as food was good but was just about to leave because of the wait .
